How is the price decided?

You set the reward. We suggest a range from the task's distance and expected time, and you pick a number inside it. Our fee is added on top and shown before you pay.

What if nobody takes my task, or the Tasker doesn't turn up?

If nobody accepts in time, you get a full refund. If a Tasker cancels or doesn't arrive, we find another or refund you, as set out in our refund and cancellation rules.

What if something goes wrong?

Tell us before you confirm the task. You have a window to raise a dispute, and the Tasker is paid only after it closes. In an emergency during a task, the SOS button reaches our team.

Do I need to be there?

For queues, only for your turn at the counter. For site checks, no: you get photos and messages as it happens.

Will the Tasker see my phone number?

No. Calls go through a masked number and chat stays in the app.

Who are the Taskers?

People who live near where they work, 18 or older, with ID and PAN verified and a live selfie check. They finish training for each kind of task before they can take it.

Do I need two accounts to post tasks and to earn?

No. One account does both. You can post tasks straight away; to take tasks, you finish the Tasker checks and training first.
